Poppy and Fred go to See the Sea

When I designed the fabric Poppy and Fred, I thought it would be great to write a story to go with it. In fact, the story was already there in my head and it seemed only right to share it.

I love the stories that my mum tells me about her childhood and all the books we read as children, like Milly Molly Mandy and Pippi Longstocking. Each fabric we produce has its own story and Poppy and Fred get up all kinds of things. In this story, it is all about Poppy and her dog's visit to the seaside and all the great things they get up to. Keep hold of our little story books and dresses to match, the next generation will enjoy them just as much. There are four in total to collect.
