The Martha dress is one of Poppy's classics. The simplicity and versatility of this dress means that it can be worn alone, or with one of our little Izzy shirts underneath, or with a little knitted cardigan.We like Poppy girls to get as much wear out of their favourite Poppy dresses as possible, so we have designed the Martha dress with a generous fit. It starts off at about ankle length, with plenty of room around the waist for plenty of growth. The sash at the back allows the dress to be pulled or loosened.It is just right for so many occasions but not too formal to have to be only for Sunday best.We print all our own fabrics from only the best 100% cotton. They simply go in the washing machine ready to wash and wash again. Poppy and Fred are up to mischief at a birthday party on the border which runs round the hem of the dress, and the storybook that comes with each one tells the tale of what they get up to.

Like most of our girls' dresses, it starts off wide and pulls into fit around the waist. Easy to wash and wear, this dress will become a firm favorite.The Millie dress makes a great birthday dress; wear with a T-shirt or one of our little shirts underneath to give a great look. It even comes with a little storybook, telling the latest adventure of the characters around the hem of the dress. This is a beautiful 50s-style dress and the older children get the more they enjoy swishing about and making it twirl. Buttons on the bodice means it opens up to slip on and the straps are made long so that you can adjust them if need be. The fine cotton voile sewn-in petticoat gives the dress a luxurious feel. A really pretty shape which can be worn with one of our little cardigans to match! It is on sale because the petticoat can be a little uneven. It is designed to hang lower than the dress but because of the cut it can look uneven. This dress is small fitting so buy on the bigger side rather than the small. Look out for your free story book, all about Poppy and Fred and their adventures. Each dress comes with a story so that you can follow what they are up to on the print.
