Now you can make a rag doll to match your Poppy outfit or pyjamas. The rag doll comes with her own special drawstring bag. Inside, the bag comes the doll ready to sew and plenty of wadding to stuff her with. She comes with fabric ready cut to make into strips for her hair, which can be glued or stitched. Each kit comes with easy-to-follow step-by-step instructions. Her dress comes cut out and ready to sew and with a sash to tie around her waist. All ages of children will need some assistance from an adult: Unsuitable for children aged under three years.

The Millie dress is a favourite of mine, it has had much attention recently as it was featured in Easy living and Country living. The simple collar gives a retro look to the dress. Like most of our dresses it starts of wide and pulls into fit around the waist. Easy to wash and wear, this dress will become a firm favorite. The Millie dress makes a great birthday dress, wear with a t-shirt or one of our little shirts underneath to give a great look. It even comes with a little storybook telling the latest adventure of the characters around the hem of the dress. Poppy is having her birthday party and Fred her dog is getting up to mischief. All of our cotton dresses are made here in the UK. We design the fabric ourselves, print it here in the North and make them up in North Yorkshire, this way you know you are getting something truly British. This is a beautiful dress and the older children get the more they enjoy swishing about and making it twirl. Buttons on the bodice means it opens up to slip on and the straps are made long so that you can adjust them if need be. The fine cotton voile sewn in petticoat gives the dress a luxurious feel. Gypsy caravan is a delightful design which we have pulled out of the Poppy archive. The drawings are by Penny Simon who was well known locally for her very appealing children's book illustrations. The Martha style is easy to fit and can be dressed up for sunday best or worn as an every day dress. The dresses are all tougher and more durable than they look and they will wear well for years and years. This pretty colourway matches our red knitwear so cosy outfits to suit all weathers can be put together. The scalloped edged cardigan is designed to go over our dresses and sit short to the waist so the lovely full skirt is shown to the full.
