The Alice dress is built to withstand daily rough and tumble. We encourage our dresses to be worn not just for Sunday best but for everyday wear, too. We like Poppy girls to get as much wear out of their favorite Poppy dresses as possible, so we have designed the Alice dress to start off at about ankle length with plenty of room around the waist for a little growth. The little sash at the back allows the dress to be pulled or loosened. Each Poppy dress comes with a free storybook so you can follow Poppy and Fred’s escapades. Nearly all of our clothing is made in the UK.

The dress can be worn with one of our soft full petticoats, turning it into a real party dress, then simply add a Molly blouse, stripey tights and knitted cardigan to create a complete outfit.We like Poppy girls to get as much wear out of their favourite Poppy dresses as possible, so we have designed the Clara dress with plenty of room around the waist, and the sash at the back allows the dress to be pulled or loosened.The Clara dress is available in red or navy Poppy and Fred's Tea Party print. This is a lovely, traditional baby dress, made from our autumn-winter cotton twill. The Maisy dress buttons down the front so the buttons don't dig in while babies are lying on their backs, and we make them deliberately short so they do not get in the way while they learn to walk. A lovely special occasion baby dress, there is ample room under the arms to allow for growth, so babygrows and T-shirts can be worn underneath. Put cream or red tights underneath to complete this outfit. A storybook comes with the dress, telling the latest adventures of Poppy and Fred. Nearly all of our clothing is made in the UK. A lovely, simple dress, which is designed to be worn with a little shirt or long sleeve T-shirt underneath, or just as it is when the weather is warm. Put one of our cardigans over the top to keep that winter chill away and make an outfit. The Martha dress, like many of our dresses, is made wide to accommodate all waist sizes and then pulls in to fit around the waist with a simple sash to give a pretty shape. Our dresses all wash brilliantly and our fabrics have a crease resistant finish, so wash at 40 degrees and the dress will look as new every time!Each dress comes with a storybook which tells of the adventure of Poppy and Fred illustrated around the hem of each dress. It starts off at about ankle length, with plenty of room around the waist for plenty of growth. The sash at the back allows the dress to be pulled or loosened.It is just right for so many occasions but not too formal to have to be only for Sunday best.We print all our own fabrics from only the best 100% cotton. They simply go in the washing machine ready to wash and wash again. Poppy and Fred are up to mischief at a birthday party on the border which runs round the hem of the dress, and the storybook that comes with each one tells the tale of what they get up to.

Just to make your gift extra special up untill christmas we would like to offer all our customers our specail gift boxes for a really great price. These are made from a hardboard rigid card, making them excellent for sending through the post. Each box is a traditional brown and comes with a label for personal messaging. We wrap it up for you in brown paper or a plastic packing bag. this way it arrives undamaged. The box is ideal for one dress but can easily take two, or a dress and something nice. Dimensions: 21.5 x 27.5 x 5cm. Great re-usable boxes made here in the UK.
