Returns Policy

Please contact us if you are unsure about sizing – we can advise you. If you do need to exchange an item, or if you are in any way unsatisfied with your order, please contact us in the first instance to arrange to return it. Returned items should be in their original packing and original condition and sent back within 28 days of receipt. Please state clearly the reason for return. We would always recommend using recorded delivery service as proof of delivery. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery and all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are returned and received by Poppy Ltd.
