Delivery Policy

We always make a big effort to send orders out quickly, however at busy times, please allow up to seven working days for your Poppy parcel to arrive. We will contact you with an estimated time of delivery. All orders are sent first class by Royal Mail recorded delivery. Should you require urgent delivery, please use our express service

UK - Postage and packing costs £3.49 regardless of how many items you order. Europe - £6.49 (please allow 10 working days). Rest of the World: £12.00 (please allow 14 working days). Postage is free if you spend over £90

Packaging: All orders placed will be lovingly gift presented in tissue paper, wrapped in good old-fashioned brown paper and delivered to you in a re-useable plastic mailing bag. Look out for the gift wrapping process at the checkout.
