Delivery Policy

We always make a big effort to send orders out quickly. However, at busy times, please allow up to seven working days for your Poppy parcel to arrive. We will contact you with an estimated time of delivery. Orders are sent first class by Royal Mail recorded delivery. Should you require urgent delivery, please use our express service

UK - Postage and packing costs £3.49 regardless of how many items you order. Europe - £8.00 (please allow 10 working days). USA and the rest of the world: £15 (please allow 14 working days). Postage is free if you spend over £90 - this only applies within the uk

Packaging: All Poppy items are sent out in an enviromentally-friendly, biodegrable bag wherever possible.  This helps to keep the postage low for you. Each Poppy and Fred dress comes with a little storybook included in the price. We now do lovely gift boxes, which go through the post to make a great gift, and these are an extra cost unless stated otherwise.
